Coming September 2025! Butterfly Wax Bar is a small, locally owned waxing studio in Holladay, Utah, rooted in comfort, inclusivity, and confidence. Proudly Latina and LGBTQ+ woman-owned, we bring over 4+ years of hands-on experience each. We specialize in speedy but detailed waxing for all bodies, skin tones, hair types, and gender identities. Our space is more than just a place to get waxed. It’s a safe haven for self-love, self-confidence, and showing up exactly how you want. Every appointment is tailored to your body and your comfort. Whether you like to chat through the pain or close your eyes and listen to music, we’re here to make it what you want! We believe beauty is personal and your waxes should be too. Cancellation Policy
At Butterfly Wax Bar, we value your time and ours!
Please review our updated booking and late policies:
•New Client Deposit: A 25% of total service cost deposit is required for all new clients to secure your first appointment. This amount will be applied to your total at checkout.
•Cancellation Window: We ask for at least 5 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us time to fill the spot and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
•Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 5 hours notice or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. This can be applied as a credit to a future appointment, if desired.
•Late Policy: We know life happens, but if you’re 10 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be canceled and charged as a no-show.
-If we can fit you in later the same day, the fee will be waived.
-If you rebook for another day, we’ll credit the fee toward your next appointment as a deposit.
-Communication is key, please let us know if you’re running behind so we can try our best to accommodate you!
•Card on File: All clients are required to keep a valid card on file. It will only be charged in accordance with this policy.
